Aditya Yadav is the founder and chief executive officer of Millimo Inc., a Delaware-incorporated technology company that builds verified data infrastructure and AI integrity solutions. He established the company's engineering center in Nepal and leads a team building production-grade systems that serve enterprise clients and small businesses across multiple countries.

Under his leadership, Millimo has developed three distinct products — MTITAN for enterprise data integrity, KAALASTRA for temporal AI coordination, and Millimo ONE for offline-first SME management. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 2025 and established its operational presence in New York City.

July 2023

R&D Center Founded in Nepal

Established the engineering team in Nepal with a focus on verified data infrastructure. Began development of MTITAN, motivated by the observation that enterprises deploying AI systems lacked tools to verify the integrity of data flowing through their pipelines. Assembled a team of systems engineers to tackle this problem from first principles.

2024

Products Enter Production

MTITAN and Millimo ONE reached production deployment, serving enterprise and SME customers across Nepal and India. The products were adopted through direct business relationships and word-of-mouth in professional communities, validating the market need for both data integrity and offline-first management tools.

2025

Delaware Incorporation & New York HQ

Incorporated as Millimo AI R&D in the state of Delaware. Established operational presence at 1325 Avenue of the Americas in New York City, positioning the company at the intersection of enterprise demand and the capital markets. Began development of KAALASTRA for temporal AI coordination.

2026

Continued Growth & Expansion

Scaling the engineering team and expanding product capabilities. KAALASTRA is in beta, with active development on coordination features. Continuing to serve enterprise and SME customers across South Asia while exploring broader market expansion opportunities. The product stack is maturing toward a fully integrated data infrastructure platform.
